Dr. Azziz (I think) was incredible!!! I am so thankful for her approach, focus, attention to detail. She had done a deep on all my background, listened to my symptoms and took care of the rest. The whole staff there is fantastic. from the moment you engage with them on the phone, to the front desk, to the tech (I think Sheryl) and of course Dr. Azziz. We moved recently and I had to drive a lot longer to get there, and I am thankful I did.

Dr Katz and the nurses were amazing. I have experienced doctors with little empathy and this group was the exact opposite. They were caring and calming. That matters. I highly recommend.

I am a Veteran. This facility has turned me away while I was trying to be seen using the Mission Care Act with the Veterans Affairs Department. This is horrible. One of the staff members was very rude and was not trying to listen to the information I was trying to give her. I arrived at the facility around 7:15 pm and did not get seen due to the back and forth with the staff member. The staff members needs to get educated on contacts the VA has with their office. This occurred on 23 December 2020.

The front desk staff is extremely rude. I called to check on my wait time for urgent care and the lady who answered the phone was disgustingly rude to me. I asked her about when I could expect to be called in and she responded with “they told you I would call you, and I didn’t, so no it’s NOT your turn yet” and then she hung up on me. How awful!!! I love the doctors here but the staff up front really has been awful the two years I’ve been visiting this location. I will be looking for a new doctor due to this issue.

Some of the reviews of this place had me skeptical, but as someone who works in healthcare, I know it's always the bad reviews that get left and the good stories that go untold. I came in after work (around 5pm) on a Monday for a non-emergent acute issue that I have been treated for by other doctors before. The person at the front desk/check in was very helpful and informative, told me exactly how to do the online check in, where to wait, how they would call me back, and gave an accurate estimate of wait time. That was helpful because with covid, so many policies have changed. From the start I felt comfortable and knew what to expect. I was triaged appropriately - vitals, chief complaint, medical history. The nurse was direct, to the point, and thorough but not overly probing. The wait to see the provider once I was in the room was pretty average - no complaints there. I saw Tanya, who was compassionate, straight forward, knowledgeable, to the point. She was courteous of my time, talked through some treatment options with me, listened to me. Her physical exam was the most thorough one I've had - she actually listened and examined the area in question. She prescribed appropriate treatment and medications, and I was on my way. The nurses were all very friendly and helpful. I am incredibly thankful for the time each person took to explain procedures (even just check in/check out) and to make sure I received good care. I will come back to this location if I need to, but I hope I won't need an urgent care for a while. Thank you Tanya and staff for your meaningful and compassionate work. I appreciate you all!
